The CFUW Orillia and the CFUW Education Foundation held a 2025 Scholarship Send-Off event on August 13th.
This event celebrated the achievements of 26 scholarship recipients for 2025. Scholarships ranged from $600 to $2,500 for a total of $ 41,000 awarded.
This year, the foundation was able to give a additional scholarship of $2,500 thanks to the generosity of the Farwell family, and friends and colleagues in memory of long-time member Nan Farwell.
