We were grateful to have Krista Storey of Green Haven Shelter for Women, and Staff Sergeant Alec Stuart of the OPP share their voices and reflections.\u00a0 Our own Roline Maconachie took on the challenge of reading the names of the 14 women lost at \u00c9cole Polytechnique in Montreal on December 6, 1989.

The Orillia Native Women\u2019s Group was unable to be in attendance but sent some words to be read.\u00a0
